- Fulfilment and shipping — [US 3PL name], carriers [USPS / UPS / FedEx / DHL], and, where an order ships directly from our manufacturing partner, that partner and its logistics agents in the People's Republic of China, who receive the name, address and phone number needed to deliver your order

We also disclose where required by law, subpoena or legal process; to protect our rights, safety or property or that of others; and to a buyer or successor in a merger, financing or sale of our business.
We do not sell personal information for money. However, when we allow advertising and analytics partners to collect identifiers and browsing activity through cookies and pixels for cross-context behavioural advertising, that may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" under California and other state laws. You can opt out — see §6.
5. Retention
We keep personal information as long as needed for the purposes above. Order, transaction and customs records are retained for at least [7] years to meet tax, accounting, import and legal-claim requirements. Marketing contact data is kept until you unsubscribe and for a reasonable period afterwards to honour your opt-out.

- Know / access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions

How to exercise them. Email [privacy@trymamapaw.com] with "Privacy Request" in the subject line, or use the "Your Privacy Choices" link in our footer. We verify identity — usually by matching your email and order details — before acting. An authorised agent may submit a request with proof of authorisation. We respond within 45 days, extendable by a further 45 days where reasonably necessary.
Global Privacy Control. We treat an enabled GPC signal as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing for that browser and device.
Appeals. If we deny your request and you live in a state with an appeal right (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and Oregon), reply to our decision within 30 days with "Appeal" in the subject line. We respond in writing within 45 days with our decision and reasons, and will tell you how to contact your state attorney general.
7. Cookies and tracking
We use strictly necessary cookies (cart, checkout, security), performance and analytics cookies, and advertising cookies and pixels. You can control cookies through browser settings; blocking strictly necessary cookies will break checkout. You can opt out of interest-based advertising via the platforms directly, through the Your Privacy Choices link, or through the DAA and NAI industry opt-out tools. We honour Global Privacy Control as described above.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including encryption in transit, restricted access, and PCI-DSS compliant payment processing by our provider. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact [privacy@trymamapaw.com] and we will delete it. We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16.
10. International processing and transfers
We are a United States company and our primary systems are in the United States. Personal information is also accessed or processed outside the United States in two circumstances:
- The Netherlands — our management and advisers access order and customer-service data from the Netherlands.
- The People's Republic of China — our manufacturing partner and its logistics agents receive delivery details for orders that ship directly from their facility, and customs documentation for bulk shipments.
Where information is processed outside the United States, we require appropriate contractual protections. Laws in those countries may differ from those in your state, and government authorities there may have rights of access under their own legal systems.
11. Third-party sites
The Site may link to third-party sites and platforms. This policy does not apply to them and we are not responsible for their privacy practices.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date and, where required, notified to you directly.
